I have been a massage therapist in the wellness industry for over 25 years. I graduated from Brian Utting School of Massage in 1999, and I have extensive experience in injury treatment, deep tissue, neuromuscular, craniosacral, as well as a number of other modalities both biomechanical and energetic. Although I started in injury treatment and deep tissue, I have found a passion for energetic healing as well, and I integrate both seamlessly together in my practice. I am passionate about helping my clients reach their healing goals with reduced pain and stress as well as an increased sense of well-being in body, mind, and spirit.
